  • Each bootcamp lasts 10 weeks.
  • With provision of a structured individual training plan for that 10 week period.

FightFit Bootcamp Goals

Improve your fitness, endurance and strength. lose weight, learn practical and proven techniques and have FUN in a relaxed, social and friendly environment.

A typical class will consist of:

  • Warm up , boxing technique on striking pads, kicking technique on striking pads, circuit training, fight readiness drills, stretching and finally cool down.
  • Classes are varied and always FUN... but intended to optimise your 10 week period under the Fight Fit Bootcamp program.
